Jason L. Brown served 31 years in the United States Navy as a shipboard engineer and Command Senior Enlisted Leader, guiding high-performing teams across the globe in some of the most complex and demanding environments. Throughout his career, he became a trusted advisor to commanding officers and a steadying presence in organizations navigating high pressure, uncertainty, and change.
Jason’s leadership journey is defined by his ability to balance operational demands with the human dimension of command. From his role as Company Chief at the U.S. Naval Academy, shaping the development of future officers, to senior leadership positions at Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron 73 in Coronado, he consistently built cultures rooted in trust, accountability, and resilience. His service as the Command Senior Enlisted Leader of the U.S. Naval Hospital in Naples, Italy, placed him at the center of both combat deployments and the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic—moments that demanded steady judgment, compassion, and cultural influence to keep teams aligned and focused. He later served at a forward-positioned military hospital supporting U.S. and Allied Forces across Europe and Africa, deepening his experience in multinational and interagency leadership.
In his final tour, Jason brought his expertise to the Navy’s Command Leadership Development Program, where he trained and facilitated executive teams across every Navy community—including SEALs, Submariners, Aviators, Surface Warfare Officers, and senior leaders in the Medical, JAG, and Human Resource Corps. His impact has been felt by leaders at every level, from tactical teams to strategic decision-makers.
Jason’s coaching philosophy is grounded in self-awareness, values alignment, and reflection. He helps leaders gain clarity, build cohesive teams, and lead with humility and purpose.
