Jason L. Brown served 31 years in the United States Navy as a Shipboard Engineer and Command Senior Enlisted Leader, leading high-performing teams around the world in complex and demanding environments. Jason brings an incredibly valuable and balancing perspective of command leadership to Resolute. He has mentored and advised Commanding Officers at the highest strategic, operational, and training levels. His distinguished career included senior leadership roles at Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron 73 in Coronado, California, and as the Command Senior Enlisted Leader of the U.S. Naval Hospital in Naples, Italy—where he guided the organization through combat deployment and the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. He also served at a forward-positioned military hospital supporting U.S. and Allied Forces across Europe and Africa. Jason's career highlights include his role as Company Chief for 21st Company at the United States Naval Academy and, in his final tour, as a Facilitator at the Navy's Command Leadership Development Program. There, he trained executive teams across every Navy community, including SEALs, Submariners, Aviators, Surface Warfare Officers, and senior leaders in the Medical, JAG, and Human Resource Corps. Jason’s coaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that leadership begins with self-awareness. He emphasizes values alignment, vertical development, reflection, and cultural influence—helping leaders gain clarity, build cohesive teams, and lead with humility and purpose.
