Bradley Yoder is a leadership strategist and combat-decorated U.S. Navy Lieutenant Commander with over 21 years of experience leading high-performing teams in complex, high-stakes environments around the world. Rising from the enlisted ranks through the Navy’s elite Seaman to Admiral commissioning program, Brad brings a uniquely comprehensive perspective on leadership — from the front lines of execution to the executive level. That depth makes him a vital bridge between the perspectives of Commanding Officers and Command Master Chiefs, and an essential complement to Resolute Leadership Group’s team of senior leaders.
As Executive Officer and Combat Systems Officer aboard USS Spruance (DDG 111), Brad directed multidisciplinary teams responsible for optimizing sensors, weapons, and command-and-control systems for real-world operations. During the 26 September 2024 Red Sea engagement, he served as Tactical Action Officer, successfully directing the interception of multiple inbound Houthi terrorist ballistic missiles — a defining 30-hour battle that showcased his ability to lead with composure, precision, and clarity under fire.
Throughout his career, Brad has trained and mentored officers across the fleet in leadership, decision-making, and tactical execution. He is recognized for institutionalizing frameworks such as PBED (Plan, Brief, Execute, Debrief) to create repeatable processes that accelerate performance. His strength lies in leveraging existing talent, policies, and systems to solve persistent organizational challenges — unlocking underutilized potential while designing new approaches when innovation is required.
Today, Brad helps organizations design adaptive leadership systems, sharpen decision-making, and build intentional cultures that thrive in uncertainty. He also provides individual mentorship and executive coaching, helping leaders align people, process, and purpose to achieve lasting excellence.
Brad holds an MBA from the Naval Postgraduate School and a BA in International Security and Conflict Resolutionfrom San Diego State University, where he specialized in cooperation, conflict, and conflict resolution — academic foundations that inform his approach to building trust, navigating complexity, and driving sustained performance.
